Parties Involved:

Agency: XYZ Recruitment Ltd.
Address: 123 Queen’s Road, London, SW1A 1AA

Client: Acme Corporation
Address: 456 High Street, London, E1 6AN

Scope of Services:

The agency shall provide recruitment services, including sourcing and screening candidates, and presenting qualified applicants to the client as per the terms of this agreement.

Commission and Payment:

The client agrees to pay the agency a fee of 15% of the candidate’s annual gross salary or a fixed fee as agreed. Payment is due within 30 days of candidate placement, subject to invoice receipt.
