License Description:

The licensor grants the licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the software specified herein, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Terms & Conditions:

The licensee shall use the software solely for their internal business purposes and shall not copy, distribute, or modify the software without prior written consent from the licensor. Duration of the licence is 12 months from the date of signing.
