Parties:

Supplier: XYZ Supplies Ltd.
Address: 123 Baker Street, London, NW1 6XE, UK

Buyer: ABC Manufacturing Co.
Address: 456 Queen’s Road, Manchester, M1 3JE, UK

Scope of Supply:

The supplier agrees to provide the specified goods and services as detailed in Schedule A, including delivery terms, quality standards, and specifications as agreed upon.

Payment Terms:

The buyer shall reimburse the supplier for the supplied goods/services according to the payment schedule outlined in Schedule B. Payments shall be made within 30 days of receipt of a valid invoice.
