Service Description:
The provider agrees to deliver the software-as-a-service product described herein, including access to the platform, features listed in Schedule A, and related support services, subject to the terms of this agreement.
Subscription Terms:
The customer shall pay a monthly fee of £X, payable in advance, for continuous access to the SaaS platform. The subscription period shall commence on the Effective Date and continue unless terminated in accordance with this agreement.
Provider Responsibilities:
The provider commits to maintaining the SaaS platform, providing updates, and offering technical support as specified in Schedule B, ensuring system availability and data security in accordance with UK data protection laws.
Data and Confidentiality:
