Sample Counselling Contract (UK)

Parties Involved:

Counsellor: Jane Doe, BSc (Hons) in Counselling Psychology

Client: John Smith

Service Provided:

The counsellor agrees to provide confidential counselling sessions focused on mental health and wellbeing, scheduled as mutually agreed upon. The sessions will be conducted in accordance with UK professional standards and regulations.

Payment Terms:

The client agrees to pay a fee of £50 per session, payable prior to or at the time of each session. Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash, as agreed.
