Description of Services:
The service provider agrees to deliver consulting services related to business development, as detailed in the scope of work attached hereto, within the agreed timeframe.
Payment Terms:
The client shall pay a fee of £5,000, payable in two instalments: 50% upon signing this agreement and 50% upon completion of services, unless otherwise amended in writing.
Responsibilities:
