Project Description:
The scope of work includes interior design services for the residential property located at 789 Buckingham Road, London, SW1W 9TR, or any other properties as mutually agreed upon in subsequent negotiations.
Services and Deliverables:
The designer shall provide conceptual designs, detailed drawings, material selections, and project management assistance as specified in the project brief and subsequent amendments.
Payment Terms:
The client agrees to pay a fixed fee of £5,000 plus any approved additional costs. Payments shall be made according to the schedule outlined, with 50% upfront and remaining upon project completion.
