Parties Involved:

Service Provider: XYZ Legal Consultants Ltd.

Scope of Services:

The Service Provider agrees to provide legal consultancy and advisory services to the Client as detailed in Schedule A attached hereto.

Retainer Fee:

The Client shall pay the Service Provider a retainer fee of £5,000, payable in advance upon signing this agreement. This fee secures the Service Provider’s availability and resources for the duration of this contract.
