Business Partnership Agreement UK Sample

Parties Involved:

Partner 1: Alpha Consulting Ltd.
Address: 123 Queen’s Road, London SW1A 1AA

Partner 2: Beta Innovations Ltd.
Address: 456 King’s Road, London SW3 2EP

Business Purpose:

The partners agree to establish and operate a joint business for consulting and technology solutions, located at the partners’ shared premises or as otherwise agreed.

Capital Contributions:

Partner 1 shall contribute £50,000 in cash, and Partner 2 shall contribute assets valued at £50,000, as detailed in Schedule A.
