Sample Marketing Contract UK

Parties Involved:

Service Provider: XYZ Marketing Ltd
Address: 123 King Street, London, W1A 1AA

Client: ABC Business Ltd
Address: 456 Queen’s Road, Manchester, M1 2AB

Scope of Services:

The Service Provider shall deliver marketing services including social media management, content creation, and advertising campaigns as detailed in Schedule A, tailored to the Client’s requirements.

Payment Terms:

The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider a fixed fee of £10,000, payable in milestones as set out in Schedule B, upon completion of each stage.

Contract Duration:

This agreement shall commence on 1st September 2024 and shall continue until 31st August 2025, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement.

Responsibilities of the Service Provider:

The Service Provider commits to executing the services professionally and to the standards agreed upon, providing regular updates, and adhering to deadlines.

Governing Law:

This contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be settled in the courts of London.

Additional Provisions:

  • Both parties agree to confidentiality regarding proprietary information.
  • Any amendments to this contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.
  • The Client shall not unreasonably withhold approval for changes requested by the Service Provider, provided they are within the scope of this agreement.
