Parties Involved:
Partner 1: Alpha LLP

Partner 2: Beta LLP

Partnership Purpose:
The partnership is formed to undertake the business of property consultancy and related advisory services within the UK.
Capital Contributions:
Partner 1 shall contribute £50,000, and Partner 2 shall contribute £50,000, towards the initial capital of the LLP, as detailed in Schedule A.
Profit and Loss Sharing:
