Sample Non-Compete Agreement (UK)
Parties Involved:
Employer: XYZ Ltd.
Address: 123 Business Road, London, SW1A 1AA
Employee: John Doe

Scope of Non-Compete:
The Employee agrees not to engage in any business or employment that directly competes with the Employer within the United Kingdom for a period of 12 months following the termination of employment, within a radius of 50 miles from the Employer’s main office.
Terms and Conditions:
