Property Description:

The premises subject to this lease are located at 789 High Street, London NW1 5UX, or other designated commercial space as specified in subsequent negotiations.

Lease Terms:

The lease shall commence on [Start Date] and shall continue for a period of [Lease Term], ending on [End Date], unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement.

Rent and Payments:
