Parties Involved:
Consultant: XYZ Consulting Ltd

Scope of Services:
The Consultant shall provide professional advisory and consultancy services related to business development and strategic planning, as detailed in Schedule A attached hereto.
Payment Terms:
The Client agrees to pay the Consultant a fee of GBP 5,000 per month, payable within 30 days of invoice submission. Additional expenses shall be reimbursed upon receipt.
Consultant Responsibilities:
The Consultant shall perform the services diligently, in accordance with professional standards, and in compliance with UK laws and regulations.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
