Work Description:
The contractor shall perform construction services at the project site located at 789 Elm Street, London, or other designated premises as specified in subsequent negotiations.
Payment Terms:
The client agrees to pay the contractor a fixed fee of £50,000, payable in instalments aligned with project milestones, or as otherwise detailed herein.
Contractor Responsibilities:
