Parties Involved:

Landlord: XYZ Property Management Ltd.
Address: 123 King Street, London, SW1A 1AA

Tenant: John Smith
Address: 456 Queen’s Road, London, SW3 4QR

Property Description:

The property subject to this agreement is located at 789 Baker Street, London, NW1 6XE, or other premises as mutually agreed upon in writing.

Deposit Terms:

The tenant shall pay a deposit of £1,500 (one thousand five hundred pounds) to the landlord within five (5) days of signing this agreement. The deposit shall be held in accordance with UK tenancy deposit protection legislation and returned at the end of the tenancy, subject to deductions for damages or unpaid rent.

Tenant Responsibilities:

The tenant agrees to maintain the property in good condition, pay rent on time, and adhere to all terms outlined in this agreement.
