Campaign Details:
The Influencer agrees to create and publish content related to the Brand’s products/services on specified social media platforms, as detailed in Schedule A.
Compensation:
The Influencer shall receive a fee of £XXXX plus potential bonuses, payable within 30 days of content approval and publication as per agreed schedule.
Influencer Responsibilities:
The Influencer commits to creating authentic content adhering to the guidelines provided, maintaining compliance with UK advertising regulations, and posting within the agreed timeline.
Legal & Compliance:
Both parties shall ensure compliance with the UK Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) regulations, and the Influencer shall disclose sponsored content appropriately.
