Property Description:

The property covered under this agreement is located at 789 High Street, London, SW1A 3AA, or any other designated property as detailed in subsequent amendments.

Scope of Maintenance Services:

The service provider agrees to carry out routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and other agreed services as specified in Schedule A of this contract.

Payment Terms:
