Parties Involved:

Sponsor: XYZ Corporation Ltd.

Purpose of Sponsorship:

This agreement outlines the sponsorship arrangement whereby the Sponsor agrees to support the Recipient’s sporting activities in accordance with the terms specified below.

Sponsorship Terms:

The Sponsor shall provide funding of £10,000 payable in instalments over a 12-month period, to support the Recipient’s activities. The Sponsor shall receive advertising rights during events and at the Recipient’s facilities, as detailed herein.

Parties’ Responsibilities:
