Introducer Agreement Sample (UK)
Parties Involved:
Introducer: XYZ Introductions Ltd.
Address: 123 Kings Road, London, SW1A 1AA
Client: ABC Business Ltd.
Address: 456 Queen’s Road, Manchester, M1 2AB
Purpose of Agreement:
This agreement sets out the terms under which the Introducer shall refer potential clients or customers to the Client for the purpose of facilitating business opportunities, in accordance with UK law and regulations.
Introducer Responsibilities:
The Introducer shall identify and refer potential clients to the Client, providing all relevant information to facilitate the transaction, and shall not participate in any negotiations or contractual obligations on behalf of the Client.
Commission Terms:
The Client agrees to pay the Introducer a commission of 10% of the net revenue received from each successful transaction directly attributable to referrals made by the Introducer. Payments shall be made within 30 days of the Client’s receipt of funds.
Term of Agreement:
This agreement shall commence on the date signed below and continue for a period of 12 months, unless terminated earlier by either party with 30 days written notice.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of London.
