Parties Involved:

Service Description:

This agreement covers the provision of IT support services, including network management, helpdesk support, and system monitoring, as detailed in Schedule A attached hereto.

Service Levels & Performance Metrics:

The Service Provider shall ensure the following service standards: uptime of 99.9%, response times within 1 hour for critical issues, and resolution times within 4 hours, as detailed in Schedule B.

Responsibilities:

The Service Provider shall deliver the services as specified in this agreement and adhere to the performance metrics. The Client shall provide necessary access and cooperation for service delivery.

Duration & Review:

This SLA shall commence on __________ and continue for a period of __________, with periodic reviews every six months to assess performance and make necessary adjustments.

Confidentiality & Data Security:

Both parties shall maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information and comply with data protection laws applicable within the UK, including GDPR.
